Sounds like it has been a rough couple years and I know how frustrating it (recovering from fatigue) can be.

For my grandmother the breakthrough was Vitamin B Complex and iron. My mother’s hobbies and friendships are what have kept her energized and brought her back from Para-thyroid, colon cancer and other ailments too obscure to mention.

For me it was a long, trial and error road that still demands that I pay rigorous attention to maintaining a healthy balance in my life. By balance I mean everything! Sleep, water, iron, laugher, friendship, denial (Chapter 1 of the Dynamic Laws of Healing), physical check-ups, medical advice and optimism — to name a few of the ingredients that go into my “balance.”

A good friend of mine, Peeps, says “Don’t give up before you get your miracle.”

I see a miracle marching up to you, Brandy. Maybe it is already knocking at the door to your heart …. V.

Then my endo wound up doing a bunch of tests and told me that I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Even after being treated for the PCOS now for almost 2 years, I still feel severe fatigue. Who knows what it really is?
