My newest CD Favorite is “Music for HEALING Mind, Body & Spirit” by Steven Halpern. It claims to “synchronize the hemispheres of the brain and amplify the production of alpha brainwaves. This natural response is associated with feelings of deep relaxation, contentment and well-being.”

I have been listening to this all day – it got me through my husband working at home with me – cursing his computer and having long, loud conversations with technical support representatives. Also helped me keep focused and move through a complex fund-raising proposal. Definitely a winner! Viveca
