Take Care of Your Body

Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.
-Jim Rohn

I love that quote! Says it all, doesn’t it?

This week my goal is to up my exercise. That is one area where I have been a-laggin. The specific goal is to have 3 gym sessions – a combo of flexibility (stretching every morn for ten minutes); aerobic (bicycle machine/treadmill) and strength training (weights). Last week I did the walk through with a trainer so I know what to do with these weights – finally!

So do clipart-exerciseyou have a goal for this week – this month? Is so – GREAT! If not, start something that gets your body moving … the more you move the better you’ll feel physically and mentally. I love the creative ideas that pour through me when I am in the “Zen” of a mindless cardio workout like walking or biking. With everything that is going on around us – now is a good time to be relaxing, rejuvenating and coming up with new ideas …   Have a great day out there!
