* One American out of four starts the day without eating breakfast
* Studies have shown that adults and children who skip breakfast tend to have higher cholesterol levels and, consequently, are at a greater risk of developing heart disease
* A 12 yr-old who skips breakfast has the reaction time and mental agility of a 70 year old in the classroom. (Wonder how that ages adults in the office, in the car, in relationships …)

Need support from other mhoters with M.E (chronic fatigue syndrome) with a baby?Im finding it very difficult to manage my sleep and looking after my 3 month old baby. My husband is great and deals with her in night, but my usual pre baby sleep patterns were sleep till i felt okay, maybe 8 hrs . I am rotten in the mornings, and could never survive without a nap if i got up early. Now, with a baby im a wreck and finding it very hard juggling my sleep. I started to get insomnia with all the worry, and now on sleeping tablets. So now I go to bed around 10.30pm, try and get some hours in, and the baby is up and about at 5.30-6.30..so early mornings. I then try and spend the whole day waiting till she has her long nap of around an hour or more, which could be between 12-2pm.I would need support from other ladies with M.E and who have children and how you all get on
How are you doing now?
