Power Napping a.k.a Relax – don’t fight it.

Today I was pooped so what did I do? Gave in and took a 20 minute nap. I woke up feeling great and back in the game. Did a cool little meditation into and out of the nap … I focused on the word “Life” and spoke it over and over to each part of my body starting with the top of my head. I fell asleep around my breastbone!

Next time I will start with my toes and, the next time you feel weary, nap on it …
