Blood Type Diet – Cancer-Fighting Super Foods

D’Adamo, click here. Note: The food type groups are: Super Beneficial, Beneficial, Neutral: Allowed Frequently, Neutral: Allowed Infrequently and Avoid. I started working with this diet almost two years and really notice a difference in my energy level and general well-being when I follow its guidelines.
