* Fish – Liberally sprinkle “Emerald Steak Seasoning” and dried “Dill” onto Tilapia Fish Filets. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, squeeze a little lemon juice and add a couple small pats of butter. Then bake at 450 degrees for about eight minutes.
* Roasted Chicken – Liberally sprinkle salt inside and on the outside of the chicken – use more than you think you should! Stuff the chicken with quartered lemons ~ 2 small lemons, quartered and then tie the legs together with kitchen string. Place the chicken on top of thick slices of onion. Finally, drizzle a little melted butter on top and place in the oven, uncovered. Roast at 425 degrees for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours.
