The "To Do" List Tip

Here’s a great tip from Darlene of Mom-Defrazzler.com

When you write up your “to-do” list today, put at least two things on it that are quick to do, but that bring you joy -like having a cup of tea, a quick walk with the dog, reading a chapter of a book.”

I’m doing it! Anyone else have a re-energizing tip for us? Add it here under the “Comments” feature or drop me a note at Viveca@FatigueBeGone.com

Talk to your Doc

There’s nothing like home made chicken soup or a great appointment with a compassionate doc.

Had such an appointment yesterday — got the valuable intellectual input PLUS a big hug. I really needed it.

This is a reminder that we are not islands – magazines, The Fatigue Be Gone! Guide, girlfriends, family support, interviews, Internet research, health journals – these are all excellent ways to maintain our health BUT don’t forget to check in with your doc.

Have you scheduled your annual physical? If not, make that call and then … give yourself a hug, a couple pats on the back and enjoy the rest of your day!

Call On Love & Recharge in Minutes

According to Suzanne Zoglio, PH.D., author of Recharge in Minutes, a simple 5 minute call in the afternoon can pull you out of that midday energy slump.

Why? My take is that sharing energy builds energy – the ol’ 1+1 = 3.

Today I will call Reeny and thank her for taking me in and all about town during my cousin’s wedding last weekend. Who will I call tomorrow? Raises my energy just thinking about it!
